Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, Frappuccino machine was broken, and it was absolutely freezing cold. We asked them to turn the heat on and they said it was broken. However the ambience was impeccable.

Stopped for breakfast, dried spilled coffee dribbled across the counter top where you order. I should have just walked out. Nasty! And putting food in the to go bag one handed, she was too busy with the other hand holding her dam phone up to her ear, not the store phone, her personal phone, handed me the bag still open and still on the phone. Won't be back to this dump.
